About
My work has one constant: I build systems that make visible and automatic what most teams still do by hand and discover too late — from production failures to the real state of a team's work. After 9 years building software and 4 leading teams, I lead engineering for four omnichannel retail products — ProIncentive, DIM, Henkel and Saiz — on Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL, with a team I grew from 4 to 12 people. I still write and review code every day, and I translate business goals into technical decisions the team can actually act on.

Own the engineering of four omnichannel retail products (ProIncentive, DIM, Henkel and Saiz), leading a team of 8 to 12 across development and QA that I grew from 4. Set the architecture on Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and TypeScript, deployed on AWS and DigitalOcean, and the quality bar: mandatory review, CI/CD, and incident response on Sentry.
Jan 2026 — Present
Advise the organisation on engineering practice and team leadership across two products, in parallel with Xinnux. Replaced an oversized architecture — several Lambdas, a Python API and three separate frontends — with a single Next.js app on Supabase and Vercel.

Conceived, designed and built a multi-tenant platform that lets small businesses deploy an AI support agent with no technical knowledge. Knowledge comes from their site, PDFs and Shopify or WooCommerce catalogues; the agent answers on Telegram. In beta with pilot customers.

Part-time, in parallel with Xinnux. Built an adaptive learning platform for medical students from scratch, including the engine that measures what a student already knows and skips it — the product's differentiator against linear content.

Optimised load and render times on the main Vue.js application, introduced unit testing with Jest to a codebase that had no coverage, and proposed frontend workflow changes the team adopted as standard.

Internal platform
Correlates user reports with application logs and Sentry events, and watches production actively: when it recognises an error pattern it files the YouTrack ticket itself and assigns it to QA. Most incidents are now caught before a user reports them — identification went from up to 15 days to 1.

Automations over GitLab and YouTrack that expose how the team's work is actually flowing: per-developer metrics, blocked-work detection, stale-ticket alerts, and a first layer of automated code review that comments critical findings straight on the merge request. Ticket closing time improved 40%, and my manual follow-up dropped by about 75%.

Defined the mobile architecture for full operation with no connectivity, plus sync queues that reconcile data when the network returns — so promoters in-store can work with zero or intermittent signal without losing information.

Imports of more than 5,000 records used to run in the browser, causing failures and corrupt rows. Moved the work to server-side queues with BullMQ and Redis: the job runs in the background, the user checks status and gets a download link when it finishes.
